We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we are shipping from out of the country and once we receive your payment, it could take up to 2-3 (in most cases it’s three weeks) weeks to receive your order.
Remember that we ship in increments of 1-3 cartons. If you order more than 3, it is possible that you will receive those in more than one shipping order. For example, if you order 6 cartons, you may get 3 on one day and the remaining 3 a day or two later. If you have not received all of your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to find out the status.

Our guarantee to mail orders on time depends on when payment processor wires money to our bank account. We have agreement with payment processor where they supposed to wire your money to us every Wednesday for all orders processed previous week Monday through Saturday. Once we receive your funds, we mail orders. If payment processor decides to hold your funds longer than anticipated, it is out of our control and unless your money get’s wired to our account, we will not mail your order. | How do I track my order? |

Tracking numbers will be available upon request. Once your order is shipped from Ukraine, we will issue tracking number. You will be able to go to USPS.com and track your package(s).
When you go to USPS.com web site, enter your tracking number and system responds with "there is no record for this item", it means that package has not been scanned in NY international sorting facility yet and it is in transit. Once your package is scanned in NY, you will see different response from USPS system and it normally takes 1 day or so to get it to you from NY.

| We are working with large dealers of tobacco products in Europe. Cigarettes made in Switzerland under supervision of Philip Morris, J.T. international and other cigarette producers. It is a legal and registered business, licensed and taxed. Each pack of cigarettes has a certificate with hologram on it so that you know you are getting a quality, legal product. |
